Why Panzex was founded.
To close the gap between learning software engineering and delivering it professionally.
Learning resources for software engineering are widely available, yet turning that knowledge into production-ready work remains difficult. What is usually missing is practical guidance: knowing what to prioritise, and having experienced people to turn to when problems arise.
The founders reached this conclusion from different directions, one through years of self-directed learning and the other through teaching. Both found that structured mentorship matters more than additional content.
Panzex Solutions was founded by a team that had already worked together, including engineers, a marketer, an operations lead and two instructors, covering the disciplines a software product requires. The company is still organised this way, and its instructors hold the same standing as its directors.
Panzex therefore has two areas of work. It builds software for clients to a high professional standard, and it trains new engineers through its internship programme, which is where its future engineers come from.

Full handover
At the end of every engagement, the repository, credentials, deployment pipeline and documentation are transferred to you.

Keyboard navigation, focus states, contrast and reduced-motion support are built into every component as it is developed.
Defined performance budgets
Every page is measured against a performance target before release. Where a feature affects that target, we raise it early.
Transparent communication
If an approach is not working, we inform you promptly so the plan can be adjusted.
