Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to this website and to the free tools on it. It sits alongside the Terms of Service; where this policy is more specific, it governs.

It sets out the specific uses that are prohibited.

Do not use our tools to deceive people, to harm people, or to break the law. The sections below set out how this applies to each tool.

You must not use this site or the tools to:

• produce or distribute material that is unlawful where you are or where we are;
• harass, threaten, defame or impersonate anyone;
• infringe someone else’s copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights — see the copyright policy;
• generate spam, phishing content, or material designed to defraud;
• develop or distribute malware.

You must not use the speech tool to:

• imitate a real, identifiable person’s voice without their explicit permission — including public figures;
• produce audio intended to be mistaken for a genuine recording of something that was never said;
• generate content for automated calling, robocalls or voice phishing, whether or not the content is otherwise lawful.

Permitted uses include audiobooks, accessibility, narration, prototypes, learning material and product demonstrations.

You must not use the image tool to generate:

• sexual content involving minors, in any form or style. This is absolute, it does not have an artistic exception, and we report it;
• non-consensual intimate imagery, or sexual imagery of a real identifiable person;
• imagery of a real, identifiable person presented as a genuine photograph of something that did not happen;
• content designed to incite violence against a person or group, or to promote a violent extremist organisation;
• forged documents, currency, identification, or the branding of a real company presented as authentic.

The screenshot tool fetches a URL you provide. You must not use it to:

• reach systems you are not entitled to reach — internal addresses, private networks, cloud metadata endpoints, or anything behind a boundary you do not own. We block these, including through redirect chains, and attempting it is a breach of this policy regardless of whether the attempt succeeds;
• generate request volume against a third-party site or use the tool as a load generator;
• capture pages behind an authentication wall you do not have the right to access;
• reproduce another site’s content in a way that misrepresents it, or presents a captured page as your own work.

Permitted uses include capturing your own pages, a competitor’s public homepage for comparison, or a public article for citation.

The tools are rate-limited. Do not attempt to work around the limits by rotating addresses, distributing requests, or automating the interface. If you need more than the limits allow for something legitimate, email build@panzex.com to discuss your requirements.

Do not probe, scan or test the security of this site or its infrastructure without written permission. To report a vulnerability, contact build@panzex.com and we will work with you.

We may rate-limit, suspend or block access without notice where we believe this policy is being breached. There is no account to lose, so in practice this means blocking traffic.

Where we are legally required to report something — child sexual abuse material being the clearest case — we will, and we will cooperate with law enforcement.

If you have seen output from one of our tools being used in a way this policy prohibits, tell us at build@panzex.com. Please include a link, a description and the date. Every report is reviewed.
