Shajeel Hassan
- Director of Operations
Runs operations, and knows search well enough that clients rank for what they sell.
Shajeel Hassan is Director of Operations at Panzex Solutions. Scheduling, capacity, assignment and the question of what the studio can commit to in a given month all run through him. The work is most apparent when it is least visible.
His own field is search. He takes responsibility for a site once the question moves from whether it functions to whether it will be found, and he treats technical SEO on the terms the engineering team applies to performance: as a property built in from the first commit. Site structure and crawlability are inexpensive to establish early and costly to retrofit.
He was present at the founding of Panzex Solutions and is among the reasons it became a company with a shared practice.
