A short written exchange
Under a weekSend us an example of your work, such as a repository, a project or a description of a problem you solved. We respond to every application.
- 02
Introductory call
45 minutesA conversation about your experience and goals, and an opportunity for you to learn about Panzex.
- 03
Paid work sample
Half a day, paid at your rateA small, self-contained task based on real project work. Your time is paid at your usual rate.
- 04
Technical review
45 minutesWe review your work sample together, discussing your approach, trade-offs and potential improvements.
- 05
Decision
Within three working daysWe confirm our decision with clear feedback, whatever the outcome.
Onboarding
Your first ninety days.
A structured introduction to our projects, tools and clients.
Weeks 1–2
You complete a small, scoped change and deploy it to production, becoming familiar with our environment, review and release process.
Weeks 3–6
You take ownership of part of a live project with support from a senior colleague, and begin taking part in client conversations.
Weeks 7–12
You lead a piece of work end to end, from scoping and development through to delivery and handover.
