Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of this website, including the knowledge base, the free tools and the enquiry forms. By using the site you accept them.

They do not govern work we do for you. If we build something for you, that is covered by a separate signed agreement, and where the two differ that agreement wins. Nothing on this page changes what we owe a client.

You may read, link to and quote this site freely. You may not:

• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it or its infrastructure;
• interfere with its availability, including by automated request volume that a reasonable person would call an attack;
• scrape it at a rate or scale that degrades it for other people — ordinary crawling is fine, and our knowledge base is deliberately public;
• use it to distribute malware, or to break the law.

The Acceptable Use Policy covers the tools specifically and in more detail.

The tools are provided free of charge and as-is, without a service-level agreement. Some require a free account. Specifically:

• We may change, rate-limit or withdraw any of them at any time, without notice.
• You are responsible for the material you submit and how you use the output. Do not submit confidential material.
• You may use the output commercially, subject to the Acceptable Use Policy and to any rights held by third parties in the material you supplied.

The text, design, code and images on this site belong to us or our licensors. The brand name and mark are ours.

You may quote from the knowledge base in articles, presentations, internal documents and procurement comparisons, provided you attribute it and link back. You may not republish substantial parts of it as your own content.

Submitting a brief through the quote form does not create a contract or oblige either party. We may decline work at our discretion.

Any figure or timeline we give in reply to an enquiry is an estimate based on what you told us. It becomes a commitment only when included in a signed agreement with a defined scope. We aim to reply within one working day, though this is not a contractual obligation. For follow-up, contact build@panzex.com.

Client work is governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, milestones, payment, confidentiality, intellectual property and termination.

On intellectual property, our default is the same one stated in the knowledge base: you own what we build for you, on full payment, including the source code. We retain the right to reuse general know-how and any pre-existing components. See who owns the source code for the longer answer.

Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services, including any reached through a tool’s output.

The site and the tools are provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not warrant that they will be uninterrupted or error-free.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business or loss of data arising from your use of this site. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to £100 or the amount you have paid us for use of the site — which, for the site and the free tools, is nothing.

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Nor does it affect the liability provisions of a signed engagement, which are negotiated separately and are not capped at £100.

We may update these terms; the date at the top of the page shows when we last did. Changes apply from the moment they are posted, and continuing to use the site means you accept them.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in another country, this does not remove protections you have under your own local law.
