We offer three engagement models. Fixed-scope projects suit work with a well-defined specification, providing a set deliverable at a set cost. A retained team suits ongoing product development with evolving priorities, for a monthly fee. Staff augmentation suits organisations with their own engineering leadership that need additional capability. We recommend the most suitable model during discovery.
Fixed-scope projects offer cost certainty. The estimate includes a contingency for unknowns, and changes are managed through a formal change process, so this model works best when requirements are stable.
A retained team offers flexibility for products that evolve as they are built. It works best when a decision-maker on your side is available to set priorities and respond to questions promptly.
Staff augmentation works well when your organisation has technical leadership to direct the work and own the architecture.
Models can be combined over time. A common approach is a fixed-scope first release followed by a smaller retainer for ongoing improvement and support.
