Do you provide maintenance and support after launch?
Yes. Ongoing maintenance is essential for any software in active use, as dependencies, platforms, certificates and browsers change over time. Support is provided under a defined agreement with stated response times.
We recommend budgeting fifteen to twenty-five per cent of the original build cost per year for a system in active use. This covers dependency and platform updates, security patches, monitoring, incident response and minor improvements.
A support agreement defines what counts as an incident and what counts as a change, response times by severity, hours of coverage and who can raise requests.
We also maintain systems built by other teams. This begins with a paid assessment of the codebase, so the support agreement is based on an accurate understanding of the system.
If you prefer to maintain the system in-house, we provide a structured handover.
