Is the internship paid?
It depends on the cohort. Each cohort is announced as either paid or unpaid when it opens, and the terms are confirmed in writing before you accept a place.
Whether a cohort is paid depends on the project work available and the commitment it requires. The internships page states the terms for each open cohort.
The number of places in every cohort is limited by the mentor time available, so each intern receives proper supervision.
Some interns are offered work with Panzex after the programme. Most complete the programme and move on with a portfolio, a verifiable certificate and a reference.
