What is your QA and testing process?
Automated tests are written alongside the code, and the deployment pipeline blocks any change that fails them. The test suite combines many fast unit tests, integration tests across key boundaries such as the database and external APIs, and end-to-end tests for critical user journeys. Every change is peer-reviewed, and each release receives a manual quality check.
We prioritise a reliable, well-structured test suite over a high coverage percentage, so that test failures can always be trusted.
Manual testing focuses on areas automation handles poorly: keyboard and screen reader accessibility, layouts with unusually long content or large system fonts, permission and network failures, and the clarity of error messages.
Accessibility is treated as a core quality requirement. Automated checks run in the pipeline, supplemented by manual review.
For regulated projects, testing evidence can be provided as a formal deliverable. This is agreed during discovery.
