What happens when the internship ends?
On completion, you receive a portfolio of work you can present, a certificate with a unique identifier that can be verified publicly, and a reference from your mentor. Some interns are offered paid work with Panzex, and most go on to roles elsewhere.
We recommend documenting your work before the programme ends: the problem, your approach, the decisions you made and what you would do differently. This makes your portfolio far more effective in interviews.
Each certificate links to a public verification page confirming the holder, programme, dates and current status.
Request references while your mentor’s recollection of your work is fresh, ideally in the weeks after completion.
With your permission, alumni work may be featured publicly, and we share relevant opportunities with alumni.
