How do you communicate during a project, and how much of our time is required?
We use a shared channel for day-to-day questions, send a written weekly update covering progress, next steps and blockers, and demonstrate working software at the end of each sprint. We ask for a few hours a week from a decision-maker on your side, with more during discovery and around launch.
Weekly written updates provide a clear record of progress and decisions, and allow stakeholders who are not in meetings to stay informed.
Sprint demonstrations show working software, which helps identify misunderstandings early.
At the start of the project, we agree an escalation contact and what qualifies as urgent.
Timely decisions have the greatest effect on project pace. If availability on your side will be limited, let us know during discovery so the plan can account for it.
